How to cook rice:

• Put a measure and a half for 2 or 3 people.
• Rinse the rice twice - A Thai Jasmine rice is perfect for the pressure cooker (like the Dragon blue/red packaging)
• Soak the rice in lukewarm water for 15 minutes, so that it does not stick
• Cover with about a hand's thickness of water
• Start and after about 15 minutes the rice is ready

If rice has stuck to the bottom, wait overnight, it will come off easily, next time add more water.
