Quick and clear planning with color codes

Get a better overview by assigning your own colors to projects, cost centers and employees. When combined with PC Plus's intuitive drag-and-drop scheduling, it's easy to plan shifts and instantly compare scheduled and completed hours.

Extension of planning and reporting options

Divide into shifts every 24 hours of the day; record the arrival and departure of employees outside normal working hours; record the annual leave and the annual working hours of each employee; compensate for shifts to reduce overtime; and define special vacation hours for use in your plans.

Flexible and easy to use pay groups

The Wage Groups feature allows you to create a base rate per user or group and create additional rules that transfer this base rate. You can create a report and display the worked hours with each rate. Wage groups are designed for flexible use, but still very easy to use. Each pay group has a name and a description and is linked to a basic rate. For each pay group, several rules can be created that relate to the working hours, and each rule is retrieved as soon as one or more conditions are met.
