With the Ricoh N7100, you can scan black and white, greyscale and colour documents at the same highly productive speed of 25 pages per minute, even with double-sided documents. The various network integration options make it an excellent choice for workgroups. With the ability to configure and manage multiple N7100s centrally across networks, it is suitable for small and large businesses.

Whether it's 40 gsm light paper, heavy paper or 0.76 mm thick cards, the N7100 delivers stunning quality scans with an optical resolution of 600 dpi. Automatic alignment, skew correction, blank page removal, colors and formats minimize your post-processing work. Marker indexing is a special feature: it recognizes words marked with a highlighter and inserts them as keywords in a PDF file.

Thanks to the large 8.4-inch (21.3 cm) display with integrated on-screen keyboard and PC function, you can perform scanning, storage and transfer operations independently of the scanner and without the need for a PC. The administrator can customise the task menu on the touchscreen for individual users or user groups. User applications can be integrated into the scanner as add-on software using the freely available SDK. This allows you to transform the N7100 into a terminal exclusively for your operations.

Scans can be sent to a network folder, network fax machine, e-mail address, network printer, FTP server or SharePoint in various file formats, from JPEG to searchable PDF.
