The 18 mm wide, 2-pole EN20..N contactors control single-phase loads up to 20 A and are available in various contact configurations and coil voltages. They switch electric heating appliances, water heaters, pump motors, ventilation and other drives, as well as lighting. Thanks to an integrated coil connection, they operate with both AC and DC control voltages. The devices are therefore completely silent and noise-free during switching.
The EN20..N contactors have an integrated switch allowing selection between three operating modes: manual off (even when a control signal is present), automatic mode (normal contactor function), and manual activation with automatic return to automatic mode as soon as the coil is energized the next time. This offers numerous advantages: for example, during commissioning, a functional test of the charging circuit can be performed without a control signal, and the charging circuit can be quickly and easily switched off at any time with a control signal.
EN20..N devices have an installation design and comply with, among other things, the budgetary standard EN61095, making them particularly suitable for mounting on distribution panels.
